I Can't Log In, What Do I do?

NOTE: Unless you have specifically bought an audiobook from our store, you do not have an account nor a password on our site and you do not need one. If you want to download our free Audiobook, just click/tap on the big "Free Audiobook" orange button in the app launch screen.

If you do not recall your password, you can easily reset it here:  https://www.frenchtoday.com/my-account/lost-password/ (you can also click on the "Forgot Password" link in our applications' login screen)

You will be asked to enter the email address that you used when you purchased your audiobook(s) and our system will send that address an email with a link. Click on that link and choose a new password, confirm the new password and press OK. You've just changed your account password!

Note: if you click on that web link and you see your actual account (with links on the right hand side to check orders, change address, etc...) then you are still logged into the site.  Click on the logout button and try the steps again.

I can't remember the email either!

Just contact us (in the top right hand bar) with your first and last name and we'll sort you out.
